Il Consiglio dei Notariati dell’Unione Europea (CNUE), che raggruppa i notariati di tipo latino presenti nei paesi membri dell’UE, nell’intento di rendere più agevole lo scambio di dati relativi alla vigenza ed ai poteri rappresentativi delle società o di altre imprese, ha predisposto un formulario multilingue attraverso il quale il notaio del paese nel quale l’impresa stessa ha la propria sede può rilasciare una attestazione contenente i dati tratti dai pubblici registri.
